Professors Nicholas Vargas and Cristina Mora are out with a new Op-Ed in the Los Angeles Times.
"Californians insist -- immigrants deserve a path to citizenship"
Based on a robust survey of more than 6,000 registered California voters, Vargas and Mora reveal that, no matter who, when, where or how you ask, a commanding majority of registered voters in the Golden State support a path to citizenship for those in the state without proper documents. Across the partisan aisle, and across all kinds of different groups and places, most voters see a path to citizenship as a much-needed policy fix.
