HSESI in the News!

Berkeley News has just published a wonderful new article entitled “Soon, California educators must teach ethnic studies. UC Berkeley is helping them prepare.”
The work of the High School Ethnic Studies Initiative (HSESI) is featured prominently in the piece, alongside important initiatives taking place in the Berkeley School of Education. The author, Ivan Natividad, spent the better part of nine months reporting this story–and has crafted yet another compelling story about our work in the Department.
